The World Nuclear Energy Exhibition in Paris

Օn 14-16 of October, in Paris, will take place the World Nuclear Energy Exhibition, for why the delegation of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, headed by the Minister Yervand Zakharyan, departed for France.

It is envisaged, that over 500 companies and experts of nuclear energy sphere will participate in the World Nuclear Energy Exhibition.

In the Exhibition, there will be presented the nuclear energy-related World innovations, which refer to the field of modern technologies and equipment, construction of new nuclear power plants, to the safe operation of nuclear power plants and their control, certification, spent fuel transportation, storage, the personnel retraining and other issues.

Within the framework of the event, the Armenian delegation will meet with the Russian delegation.

With Sergey Kiriyenko, the head of “Rosatom”, will be discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the matter of extending terms of the operating unit of ANPP.

The negotiations will also be continued around the construction project of the new unit.
