It is Intended to Reduce the Consumption of Fuel and Energy Resources Used in the Buildings

It has developed the draft of the Government decision on the approval of the technical regulation on energy efficiency of the buildings, which will substantially reduce the amount of consumption of fuel and energy resources used in the buildings, to reduce operational costs of the facilities and to provide the higher conditions of the normative comfort.

By adopting the decision, simultaneously, a number of environmental problems will be resolved. In particular, will significantly reduce emissions of harmful substances and greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

A number of requirements are defined by the draft of the decision, addressed to the contribution of the unified general methodology format for the calculating the energy performance of buildings and facilities

The draft resolution, which is based on the Law on Energy Saving and Renewable Energy, Technical Regulations as well as the Government’s policy of energy security, will be presented for approval to the executive.
